The term people of colour can suggest a group with common experience and identity. While we may have experiences in common, we also are a tapestry of many colours, backgrounds, life experiences, and identities. We come together as a community of people of colour for meditation, practice and resilience and provide a balm to sooth our continued work forward.

bell hooks says, “Beloved community is formed not by the eradication of difference but by its affirmation, by each of us claiming the identities and cultural legacies that shape who we are and how we live in the world.”

We carry this spirit forward in gathering people of colour in community once a month for the BIPOC Sangha. Join us! Drop-in and by donation.

It is not necessary to register for these drop-in sessions. Feel free to come without prior notification. True North Insight is offering this course without a fixed cost. By donation.
