Treat yourself to this moment of silence in nature to connect with yourself. Throughout this weekend, we will cultivate an attentive presence rooted in lovingkindness and compassion. Opening and welcoming what is there, in all simplicity, in us and around us, will be on the menu.

This silent retreat will include sitting and walking meditation, instructions, guided meditations, and Dharma teaching. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your practice with the teacher in small group meetings, and individually, on request.

This retreat is taught in French and welcomes all.
