Join this retreat to nourish the inherent wisdom through the container of Sangha, gathering as dedicated and curious practitioners of all experiences. Together, we intend to explore the Five Spiritual Faculties (faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom) as pathways that cultivate our deepest knowing.
Through our collective and individual heart-minds, we'll co-create spaces to be guided by mindfulness, movement, stillness, and nature as we cultivate the conditions for insight to arise. We'll practice learning to trust whatever shows up, allowing our natural awareness to unfold in its own time and way.
