Our senses can be used to constantly search for pleasant experiences and avoid unpleasant ones. This is a common stressful way to live. It's possible to learn how to be sensitive while giving the senses the noble task to free the mind & heart from the very stress they can cause. Come and explore, in the silence of meditation, how to be awake to your senses!

Please bring warm clothes and rain gear, since walking meditation will take place outside only. This retreat is appropriate for those who love the outdoors and nature. It will be less comfortable than our other retreats; the value will be in the beauty of the environment.

This retreat is taught in English. Therewill be an opportunity to ask questions and have interviews in both French and English.
