Through cultivating silence and enquiring into the nature of our experience we can come home to presence, our true home which we have never left. Our true nature has no gender, age, ethnicity or definition of any kind. This unconditioned awareness expresses itself as joy and love. In a moment we can realize that we have never been separated from presence and open to a glimpse of freedom. We already are the truth and love we seek. This insight is transformational.

This retreat will combine meditation, methods of self-inquiry, exercises and teachings primarily from Buddhist traditions in an atmosphere of joy, ease and non-striving.

There will be an optional Feldenkrais movement session (Awareness Through Movement) taught by Janet Maxwell.
