Our senses can be used to constantly search for pleasant experiences and avoid unpleasant ones. This is a common stressful way to live. It's possible to learn how to be sensitive while giving the senses the noble task to free the mind & heart from the very stress they can cause. Come and explore, in the silence of meditation, how to be awake to your senses!
This retreat is taught in English. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and have interviews in both French and English. There will also be an optional Feldenkrais movement session (Awareness Through Movement).
