It is essential for our physical, mental, social and spiritual health to take a moment from time to time to pull back and slow down a bit. Taking time out in our life can be pleasant and helps us to feel revitalized on all levels—it is a gift we give to ourselves, as well as to those around us.
Take advantage of this healthy break to pacify and unify the mind so you can experience the fleeting, fragile nature of this precious life we have been given. Calming the mind, opening the heart, and inviting in wisdom: this is what is on the menu for this weekend of silence, meditation and nature!
This retreat will be held in French, with the possibility of having an individual meeting with the teacher in English if needed.
