It is with wise understanding that we see life clearly. When we see life with more clarity, we recognize our profound interconnectedness with each other and with this planet. With this recognition our thoughts, actions and speech begin to come into greater alignment with wisdom and love. In practicing together on retreat, we will strengthen our awareness and understanding of the Eightfold Path and its practical application to our lives. Please join Jean and Nakawe in sitting, walking and mindful movement meditation, dharma teachings, group inquiry and small group discussions.

This retreat is taught in English.

COVID-19 Protocols: At the time of the retreat, all health guidelines in place for group gatherings will be followed and communicated to attendees.
