This silent retreat presents an opportunity to settle into mindfulness of heart and body and explore the practice of insight meditation. Guided meditations, pointers on sitting posture and opportunities to ask questions will make this an accessible retreat for meditators in beginning stages of practice. We will explore the fundamental teachings of the Buddha as a doorway to freedom by cultivating a balanced and loving heart. Participants will be offered guidance on bringing the practice into daily life, to live lightly in this world and discover the Dhamma in everything we do.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your practice with the teacher in small group meetings, and individually, by request.

This retreat is taught in French.
