In the Silence of Winter

Teacher
Roxanne Dault

When
February 9-11, 2024

Where
Villa St-Martin
Pierrefonds, QC

At the beginning of each year, winter teaches us to take time to stop, listen, contemplate, and welcome what is alive in us in this moment.

This meditation retreat offers the chance to deeply immerse ourselves in the practice of mindfulness meditation. We will explore the basic teachings of this ancient practice and will cultivate a kind and balanced heart. The participants will be offered guidance on how to bring the practice into daily life, on the importance of living gently in this world, and the spirit of the Dhamma that permeates everything we do.

Guided meditations, instructions, and the possibility of asking questions and discussing your practice with the teacher in small groups and individually on request, will make this retreat accessible to beginners.
