Our body can be a vehicle for liberation in this life, with all that we need to wake up. Yet we may not know how to relate to our body to support this kind of freedom. In this retreat we will practice ways of connecting to our embodiment with loving awareness, while recognizing ourselves as part of nature. We will engage in the practices of the Buddhist path in silence while sitting, walking, resting and eating. The retreat will be supported by Dharma talks, guided meditations, time for questions, and small group meetings.

This retreat is taught in English.

COVID-19 Protocols: At the time of the retreat, all health guidelines in place for group gatherings will be followed and communicated to attendees.

Please note that a Covid booster shot (third dose) is now required to attend this retreat.
