Through cultivating silence and enquiring into the nature of our experience we can come to presence, our home which we have never left. The conscious intelligence aware of itself that is our true nature has no gender, age, ethnicity or definition. This boundless awareness expresses itself as joy and love. In a moment we can realize that we have never been separated from presence and open to a glimpse of freedom. We already are the truth and love we seek. This insight is transformative.
This non-dual retreat will combine meditation, methods of self-inquiry, exercises and teachings from several non-dual traditions in an atmosphere of joy, ease and non-striving.

This we have now
is not imagination

This is not
grief or joy.

Not a judging state,
or an elation,
or sadness.

Those come
and go.

This is the presence
that doesn’t...
  Rumi

There will be an optional Feldenkrais movement session (Awareness Through Movement) taught by Janet Maxwell.
