Presence with Body: Discovering Stability, Ease and Freedom –
Meditation and Yoga Retreat

Teacher:
Daryl Lynn Ross with David Schouela (yoga)

When:
November 12-15, 2015

Where:
Galilee Centre
Arnprior, Ontario

Cost:
Scale: $355/$405/$460
Deposit: $180

The first mindfulness practices that the Buddha taught were being attentive to our experience in the body—coming to our senses. In this meditation retreat, yoga practice (guided by David Schouela) will be an integral part of the retreat, and will be a form of meditation in motion. There will be two or three sessions of yoga each day.
This retreat will be an opportunity to calm and steady the heart/mind to provide the necessary conditions for liberating insight. Being present in mindfulness of the body provides the grounding for deeper inquiry into the habits of mind that lead to suffering, so that these habits no longer drive us.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your practice with Daryl in small group meetings, and individually, by request.
