In silence and solitude, all of our humanity reveals itself. It touches us. A transformation of our relationship with life is therefore possible. We can cultivate a more friendly inner attitude. A growing respect and curiosity develops for this mysterious existence that we experience. Our identity is revealed. What is it made of? With care, or with enthusiasm, we will attempt to explore this question which arises out of a calm and sustained attention.

The retreat is open for meditators of all levels and backgrounds.
