2500 years ago, the Buddha challenged long-held traditions and beliefs with his teachings. These teachings continue to challenge us in many ways that run counter to our current culture of 'being' and 'doing'. In 1967 the Beatles, in their own way, took up this challenge with the Magical Mystery Tour. Join us on retreat for a weeklong inquiry into, and waking up to, the magic and mystery of the inner and outer life: seeing through illusion and delusion.

Each day includes a full schedule of sitting and walking meditation periods, instructions, dharma talk, and group and individual meetings with Molly and Norman. There will also be optional yoga sessions led by Elisabeth Schramm. Norman and Molly will be assisted by Jill Davey, teacher-in-training.

A silent 7-day meditation retreat in the Vipassana tradition is a prerequisite for this retreat..
