Schedule of Retreats and Practices True North Insight Meditation Centre has been offering retreats since 2006. We are currently holding our residential retreats at the Galilee Centre in Arnprior, Ontario. Weekly Practice True North Insight is offering weekly Insight Meditation sessions in Montreal on Sundays from 3:00-5:00 pm at the Padua Centre, 1950 St. Antoine West (near the Georges Vanier metro). The sessions include meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation practice and either a Dhamma talk and discussion or a guided meditation on loving-kindness (metta). The sessions at the Padua Centre are normally led by Daryl Lynn Ross. There is also a weekly sitting in Montreal on Wednesdays from 5-6:30 pm at the Concordia University Multi-faith Chaplaincy, 2090 MacKay (near the Guy-Concordia metro), also led by Daryl Lynn Ross.
